Dining room / Lounges
- Spacious dining room with seating for 24 on oak chairs, with CD Stereo system.
- Impressive double sided wood burning stove to create cosy atmosphere in dining room, and adjacent lounge area
- The adjacent lounge has comfy leather sofas with a selection of games. Patio doors leading into the enclosed garden.
- With a bit of rearranging the dining room provides ample space for playing table tennis
- We also have a Karaoke machine - given we’re very much a detached property you can sing or play your music to your hearts content!
- There is also a second adjacent lounge room with 3 leather sofas for a more intimate gathering. The room also has a 32” Plasma TV & DVD player.
Bedrooms - 10 (sleeps up to 24)
- All 10 bedrooms are en suite*
- Simple but luxurious linens & hypoallergenic duvets provided
- Mirrors in every room with adjacent plug point for hairdryers
- Wardrobes with plenty of hanging space in 8 bedrooms, chests of drawers in the other 2.
- Downstairs - 2 x Doubles, 1 x Disabled Family room - 2 x single beds (can be linked together to make doubles) and a bunk bed *Note disabled bathroom faces the room across corridor.
- Upstairs - 6 x Twin, 1 x family room comprising 2 x singles beds (Can be made into double) & bunk bed
Bathrooms - 10
- 7 x showers (Incl 1 disabled wet room), 3 x baths (Showers over baths)
- Large Soft Cotton Towels provided
Kitchen
Newly fitted luxury kitchen with Quartz work surfaces, plenty of cupboard space & double the amount of crockery and glasses needed for the group, as well as plenty of large pots & pans.
Fresh filtered Peak District water drawn from our very own well
New high quality Siemens appliances designed to cope with big group requirements
